Bathhouse Attendant

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

Perform multiple functions pertaining to the Mine Office facilities and equipment.



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

1. Actively participate and support the company's Behavior Based Safety Process.
2. Perform cleaning and/or sanitizing duties at the Mine Office, Baththouse(s), and other areas of the complex.
3. Assist with the upkeep and calibration of Mine Equipment.
4. Keep accurate and legible records in regards to the calibration and/or testing of equipment, consist with Federal, State and Company Policies.
5. Job duties will require employee to lift/move heavy objects, work in confine spaces, and work from elevated surfaces.
6. Tasks will require employee to work in condition such as heat, cold, snow and rain at times.
7. Duties will require employee to work with, and around, cleaning and disinfecting chemicals.
8. Other duties as determined by Management.

PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. 24 hour MSHA safety training.
3. Previous bathhouse experience is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills.
